These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://mabb.kenyaclc.org/shop/ and any purchases made through it. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, kindly do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Mama Africa Book Box is a Christian reading club and book shop managed by CLC Kenya. We curate wholesome books and educational resources for children, teenagers, families and theologians across Africa.

2. Products and Orders

All products listed are subject to availability.
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, but colours and packaging may vary slightly.
Orders are confirmed upon payment. You will receive an email confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (Kes) unless otherwise stated.

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, MTN and other approved payment methods at checkout.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver across Kenya and selected countries in Africa.
Delivery timelines vary by location but usually take 2–7 working days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless for local pick ups.
Local pickup means the cutomer will collect the books at Garden Estate in Nairobi.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription boxes are billed monthly or annually, as chosen.
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us.
We do not refund partial subscription periods after a box has been dispatched.
There is an annual registration fee of Kes 1,000 per family member and Kes 2,000 per Theology member, payable at the beginning of each subscription year. This fee helps support operations and member services.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

You shall not misuse the website or try to access restricted areas without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is protected under our Privacy Policy.
Please note: Your contact details may be accessible to CLC Kenya and its subsidiaries—including ACABA, Authors Collaboration, and Authors, Books & Conversations—as all data is securely stored in one centralised system under CLC Kenya.
