This program is designed to help teens become part of something bigger as we focus on their gifts, talents, purpose, personal growth, accountability, time management, and the use of books to inspire them towards a meaningful future.
Let your teen discover their purpose, build their future, and make an impact.
The Purposeful Teens Program is a four-month mentorship journey designed to help teenagers discover their God-given purpose, grow in confidence, manage their time wisely, build accountability, and take practical steps towards a meaningful future.
Created with teens in mind, the program walks participants through the process of identifying their gifts, talents, passions, values, and opportunities, while also helping them overcome stagnation, fear, procrastination, peer pressure, poor perspective, and other barriers that can hinder growth. The tracker journal describes it as a mentorship program for a teenage girl “who has a dream that is beyond them and desires to achieve it early enough.”
Through guided reading, reflection assignments, accountability activities, mentorship conversations, and practical exercises, participants are encouraged to move from simply dreaming to intentionally planning, acting, and building. The core themes include purpose discovery, time management, accountability, personal development, mentorship, leadership, project planning, and posterity.
The program is anchored on the belief that every teenager carries treasure within them, and that when their mind, gifts, character, habits, and faith are developed, they can make a lasting impact. Its central message is simple but powerful: Discover your purpose. Build your future. Make an impact.
Discover gifts, talents, passions, strengths, and God-given possibilities.
Learn planning, time management, focus, discipline, and personal growth.
Grow into a responsible teen leader who can serve, mentor, and influence others positively.
This program is ideal for teenagers who desire to understand themselves better, discover their purpose, grow in confidence, build godly character, and receive guidance as they prepare for the future.
Adnah McKenna, also known as Abiah Omukhango, is the visionary behind the Purposeful Teens Program, a mentorship journey created to help teenagers discover their God-given purpose, develop their gifts, build confidence, and grow into young people of impact.
As a teen author, artist, entrepreneur, creative thinker, and mentor, Adnah understands the world of teenagers from the inside. She knows the excitement of dreaming big, the pressure of figuring out the future, and the importance of having guidance early in life. Her own journey in writing, art, leadership, creativity, and service has shaped her passion to walk with other teens as they identify what God has placed within them.
Through the Purposeful Teens Program, Adnah encourages teenagers to search within, recognise their talents, manage their time wisely, embrace accountability, overcome stagnation, and take practical steps towards building a meaningful future. Her message to teens is simple and powerful: you were made for more, and your purpose can begin unfolding now.

Each teen begins the program with clarity, commitment, and excitement for the journey ahead.
Theme: You Are Much More
This module helps teens break out of limiting mindsets, fear, stagnation, procrastination, comfort zones, and labels that may have been placed on them by others or by life experiences.
Teens are guided to understand that they are not defined by their weaknesses, mistakes, background, fears, or current struggles. They are invited to see themselves through God’s eyes and begin stepping into the “more” He has placed within them.
Key Focus Areas:
Outcome:
Each teen identifies personal limitations and begins taking intentional steps to break out of stagnation.
Theme: How to Discover and Fan Them
This module focuses on helping teens discover their God-given gifts, talents, abilities, interests, and passions. It also teaches that gifts must not only be discovered, but developed, practised, refined, and used to serve others.
Teens will explore their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through guided reflection and practical exercises. They will also begin to see how God can use their uniqueness for purpose and impact.
Key Focus Areas:
Outcome:
Each teen develops a clearer understanding of their personal gifts and creates a simple plan to grow one or two of them.
