204 African Titles to Be Presented at the European Christian Rights & Export Fair in Krakow, Poland

Nairobi, Kenya | March 11 2026 — A total of 204 African titles published by CLC Kenya and other publishers whose books are part of the ACABA ecosystem will be presented at the European Christian Rights & Export Fair (ECRF) in Krakow, Poland, in March 2026.

The European Christian Rights Fair, hosted annually by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) in conjunction with CLC International, brings together the global Christian publishing community with a special focus on Europe. For CLC Kenya and its partners, this year’s participation marks an important opportunity to spotlight African Christian writing on an international platform and to explore new pathways for rights, translation, distribution, and strategic partnerships.

Speaking in Nairobi, Dr. Muthoni Omukhango described the opportunity as both timely and exciting.

“This is an exciting opportunity for us to present African Christian titles to the global publishing community and to build meaningful relationships that can open doors for wider distribution, translation, and Kingdom impact. We are grateful for every door the Lord is opening for African authors in this season.”

Dr. Omukhango noted that her attendance at the fair forms part of a wider publishing trip to Italy focused on strengthening relationships and exploring publishing opportunities around the recently translated book, Marriage, Thistles & Flowers by Barnie and Grace Achoki of Kenya.

The book received a double translation award during the 4th ACABA Gala held in Kampala, Uganda, in 2024, after being recognised for translation into Spanish and Italian. The trip will provide an opportunity to discuss next steps around the translated editions and to engage international partners on the book’s wider reach and potential.

Dr. Omukhango thanked the CLC International Office, led by Gary Chamberlin, for recommending the opportunity to participate in the fair. She also expressed appreciation to Cynthia Helbig, Executive Administrator at the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association, Inc., for allowing a last-minute registration that made participation possible.

She further extended heartfelt thanks to Ivano Cramerotti for the publishing invitation to Italy, which will enable CLC Kenya to benchmark, deepen collaboration, and strengthen partnership opportunities within the wider CLC publishing family.

The presentation of the 204 titles is expected to highlight the richness, diversity, and spiritual depth of African Christian publishing. The catalogue brings together books from CLC Kenya and the broader ACABA ecosystem, reflecting a growing body of African-authored literature serving readers in areas such as discipleship, marriage, parenting, leadership, devotion, children’s literature, and Christian living.

This participation is another significant step in affirming that African Christian authors are not only writing for local communities, but are also contributing meaningfully to the global Christian publishing landscape.

At the same event, the MABB Catalogue, featuring children’s books, will be presented as a separate catalogue dedicated specifically to children’s literature.
